stressful micro managed, not easy to work for

A typical day starts understaffed and hard to manage. you will learn a lot about angry customers due to being shortstaffed and underbudgeted, the management is overworked and knowledgeable, they often have to fill in due to budget issues, the hardest part is trying to complete your day fully and with a smile, trying to motivate associates that are not properly trained is not an easy thing to do, new employees are often trained in the evening by newer employees. The most enjoyable thing about this job is finally getting everything done on time because if you don't, you get another (not exactly nice) meeting, you need to seriously manage your time, it's the rewarding part.
