Be Careful
Custodian Worker (Former Employee) –  Radnor, PASeptember 26, 2018
Third shift is woefully short staffed, the better you do your job the more they put on you, while giving the many slackers less work. This is the only job where you get punished for showing up! Aramark supervisors are killing the department, low morale and bad work environment. Not a healthy work place
Pros
Paid time off
Cons
Short staffed, poor management

Procurement Assistant (Current Employee) –  Villanova, PAApril 2, 2019
Do not make it a priority to hire from within, managers lack training
and do not provide advancement opportunities, not all employees treated equally and cost of living increase is minimal.
Opportunity to take classes and earn a degree is a huge benefit, but does not open any doors within the university.
Also, too many part-time instructors.
