Pay the fitness advisor/trainers more than $9.31 per hour when they are not training. A large majority of the training staff has a 4 year degree and some have graduate level education. You can get a steadier paycheck working at Walmart or Costco. Most of the trainers have two jobs to support their income. If they can afford thousands of dollars in equipment upgrades constantly they can afford to pay their trainers more than minimum wage.
