I worked for Vineyard Vines at two of their outlet locations. It was by far my favorite job I have had. I started as an associate and became a supervisor. I was grateful for the development/training my store manager gave me. They really care about their employees and take the time to recognize us and make us feel appreciated, as well as helping us succeed. - more... The customers are fun, everyone who comes in loves the brand and so it's fun to be able to share that with them. They have great discount and gave us allowances to purchase their clothes because it was required to wear as uniform. - less
