Learn some people skills. Just because you are the CEO does not mean you belittle others. Try practicing “lead by example” stop cursing in the hallways, stop and acknowledge the people who are there caring for our residents,

Board of Directors who should ultimately be making the decisions need to be involved with line staff. They need to hear and act on concerns. Just interacting with upper management is not enough at least until the culture/overall morale has improved.
