I work with a lot of different network platforms. I traveled a lot, more than I was told. The work week seemed like it never ended. I needed more time for design and testing of my solutions.

The company is excellent to work for, the benefits and culture are second to none. Management is awesome to work for. This is one of the best jobs I have ever had.

This place actually gave Christmas bonuses. Most places don't do that anymore. The medical benefits were also terrific. The management could have been better at giving direction.

Poor leadership among teams. Some over manage and other do not manage at all. Not conducive to those looking for advancement. Basically have to wait for someone to get fired or retire to advance.

Used to be good...
But now it's poorly managed and selling stuff it has no experience or business selling. No chance for real advancement, and when they give you a promotion they forget the raise.
