Co workers were decent, but all planned to leave after the winter rush.
Technician (Former Employee) –  VTDecember 24, 2018
Poorly run company, the management is not allowed to adjust service or pricing for the area the store is located . They are doomed in VT . We had several midsized companies doing business with us as NTB that have left due to price gouging on service. Our tire prices remain the same and actually improved in some selections but tech pay is miserable, the only customers coming in now are new ones that don’t know better or desperate ones that have no option.
Pros
40 + hours a week
Cons
The company is clueless

Very long work hours, almost no breaks, team was falling apart.
Service Writer/Technician (Current Employee) –  Calais, MEJanuary 12, 2018
Use to be a good paying job until they changed the pay scale for the "better". The management rarely let us take lunch and would just but us a cheeseburger from McDonald's and tell is to hang in there.
Pros
Guranteed 40 hours a week.
Cons
No breaks, low pay for alot of work, vip has a ridicuolus process geared to sell sell sell.

Installation Technician (Former Employee) –  Saco, MEMay 8, 2017
Treated as if I knew nothing. Was only allowed to do tires and oil changes and was never given the opportunity to learn anything or advance in my career.
