Great flexibility. Great for part time work. Pay is low. Not many hours. Offers raises but you need to be full time basically. Curriculum is good to work with and kids are great.

Great company to work for if you are fine with working early in the morning and late at night. The pay has changed and much harder to find students since so many people teach since the pandemic.

On the bright side you can get hired with very minimal experience and use this company as a way to learn how to become a really excellent ESL teacher. On the other hand they have a horrible policy WRT cancellations, parent reviews are handled in a way that puts you at a disadvantage, and communicating with a customer service agent when you need support for any reason can be awful.
