I would keep the old bonus incentives and drop the new tier incentives.

I set about 8 alarms starting an hour before class starts. This is to avoid a Teacher No Show, which doesn’t always work. Some classes book at 3:30am PST or about 4/4:30. Slots or availability is up to you. The early morning for me is China peak peak time (PPT) when kids usually book. I get up 15 minutes before class, fix myself, review slides. Teach. I finish all class at 6am. Some kids enjoy learning and make teaching enjoyable other kids will show obvious signs that they don’t want to be there and for those just constant encouragement and try to lively the mood.

GIve up. It is a scam. They will promise you things then will change their mind along the way. Not reliable. Bad communication. They also do not care when we report parents abusing their children in font of the camera.

Thanks for your question.
The following tends to be the most requested time periods in Beijing time: Monday-Friday 6-10pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am–10pm. We do not require teachers to work full shifts; but having availability during the times mentioned above could ensure a higher possibility of being booked by our students.
