Virginia Beach City Public Schools substitute teachers are required to have a minimum of 60 credit hours from an accredited institution. Always busy; engaged with various individuals; constantly learning and plenty of opportunities to go for enhanced training; salary was perfect>goes according to education>PLENTY of room for advancement>able to move around in the division.
