If I was in charge I would make sure I treat every one equal an always with respect. I would even help when help is needed so it won't be a over load on no one person.

I worked on the Health System Campus and I would make the Administrative Staff in the Department offices a little more knowledgeable as to what goes on in the Divisional offices as far as upgrading positions and what it takes to keep qualified staff.
