Doing road test with people who don't quite understand english and who don't practice enough while they have a permit. Being pressured to push the button and call customers while your co workers and management are in the back talking and laughing about personal stuff.

The work environment can be very intense and pressured because you have to work with a certain sense of urgency and no matter what the customer does they are always right and management won't take up for you, you might get lucky for a co worker helping you out.

8 Days in a year paid for but does not roll over if you do not utilize it by the 10 January of the next year.

I may have to take a critical look at improving salary package to attract and retain staff. Staff turnover in the Northern part of Virginia is high because of this. We do not attract qualified candidates of high standards. In addition equipment and system breakdowns are too often which are frustrating to both customers and staff.
