No consideration for employees opinions or feelings. Management changes so often there is no clear cut direction. Manager turn-over is terrible and they barely know what they’re doing if anything.

they do not care about your license and often ask you to perform duties outside of the scope of care. they have no sense of communication and you have several people to answer to abs can get conflicting and confusing direction. one manager cab say great job while another writes you up.

nice sized hospital and one of the few still independent hospitals. Good facility with caring people who like their jobs. Lots of good things going on all the time and management seeks to have employees continually improve.
