White supremacy, eliteness, hierarchy, very clique-like mentality. Extremely high school. It was a horrible place to work at for someone that is a Human Resource Professional with a diverse background work in such a rigid, colonial environment. I always worried when I left for work to Virginia would I make it back to D.C free and alive. My manager only had a bachelors degree in psychology and was head of a recruiting department for that was hiring people with advanced degrees - in what world does that happen? No one is a friend there, the hospital's Magnet award should be stripped! horribly ran recruiting department, with inefficiencies at every level. The hospital was run by doctors and they were treated as royalty. I can't recall his name (the CEO) but he was the head doctor and came into our recruiting office at the time and our stupid manager would jump and salsa for him when he arrived (A. Bell you know) was his Latin pet that did any and everything. Just a bunch of snakes. Do not be fool by the Magnet Award - they paid for it.
