No room for advancement unless someone dies or retires. Very cliche group. Of you are a contractor you are invisible. Very very difficult to get an interview. Improvement needed for up to date process and equipment. Very nice people but not up to date utilizing the internet, paperless environment, communication is old, need better polices and procedures. - more ... Also manual work is too much and redundent that can be eliminated with up to date equipment/systems - less
ProsGreat cafe
ConsSlim chance of an interview
