I was fired, due to not having any sick time. My father passed away, so I used my sick time for that. 2 months later, I got Strep throat and was told not to come to work. I was fired, due to not having sick time. Horrible management!
I took early retirement
I was fired because I refused to turn in other co-workers for doing things outside of work that was not any of Virginia Mason's business (nothing illegal) and did not affect Virginia Mason or its patients in ANY way.

As a physical therapist the manager that took over in Federal away did not know how to do her job. No communication whatsoever. Ran meetings like a lecture hall without input from staff. An entirely unpleasant experience which led me to seek employment elsewhere.
Poor work life balance. I left to pursue my dreams of owning a business. I left due to burn out and stress of working somewhere I disagree on how we are being managed. The budget held all the power in all decisions made.
