Serving our clients can be stressful but it is usually very rewarding most of the time because we are helping people who need us. We all know this when we take the job. Management supports us in every way possible.

The management was never supportive, encouraging, or positive. In fact, upper management was actively divisive. Clients could be challenging, but always rewarding. Pay and benefits for masters degrees was what you would expect from a non profit. I truly miss the clients and worry for their wellbeing.
