Perfect question because "work environment and culture" are THE problem at this company. If you work in human services you know about deadlines, paperwork, and crises. At this agency you have to factor in a complete lack of competence and support from anyone in management above a basic supervisory level. You put yourself on the line every day dealing with client crises and no one above you has any experience or interest in the work to actually help you out. Unbelievable, but true.
