Pretty gruesome. If you happen to be lucky enough to land an interview after recruiters go through hundreds of applications/resumes, you then get to go through a second interview if you are chosen as one of the top candidates, then if you are the top candidate for hire, you have to wait at least a week for a background check to be completed.
