It was nice at first, but the management is horrible and don’t take your complaints seriously. I filed several complaints and nothing was done until I call their corporate offices. Supervisors are never around and only sit in their office on the phone or computer. They are happy to give you long hours with little to no breaks in between and call you in last minute. Great pay and benefits

It is an extremely fast pace working environment and high volume of patients. When everyone is willing to work together we can pull together and keep the train moving smoothly so no one is left behind. Can't do it without the team.

I had a good and bad experience here. My advice is to work only per diem . No Career Opportunity at this job. I loved some of the honest ,Genuine Teachers here , but most left its just a couple of good ones left. As far as Management the Best One I experience left the CDC ,but still in Virtua. The Turnover rate is more now than ever before!

It was a good work environment. They have a star and the five points stand for a different item of caring. You could also complete a star for employees who went above and beyond the expectations of their job.
