Manager (Current Employee) – Marlton, NJ – May 2, 2014
I have worked here for 20 years and am very proud of that. The current environment has become hostile at times due to numerous cost savings initiatives and everyone is doing more with less time. Many meetings to discuss what needs to happen but no time to do it all because of all the meetings.
Lack of communication and morally skewed enviornment
HIM Specialist (Former Employee) – Moorestown, NJ – May 24, 2018
Upper management has no idea what most employees do on a daily basis. There was a serious lack of communication from the practice management to our department. There is no consistency in how common tasks are completed between the different practices company wide. Doing your own job is very difficult when you are constantly fixing other peoples mistakes all day. There is no loyalty to employees. Everything is very political. Favoritism is common place and poor behavior rewarded over people who actually deserve recognition because it's not what you know, it's who you know.
Senior Clinical Systems Engineer (Former Employee) – Moorestown, NJ – May 22, 2018
A lof of good employees at Virtua, but the company is bogged down by an inefficient management style. The benefits and the pay are good. You get a lot of exposure to various technologies, both clinical and non clinical.
