Stop saying that our pipeline is strong. Also increase competiveness of pay. Many teams have no bench to respond to clients. Resource management is too involved in staffing with little understanding of practice or client needs

Take care of your employees.. They will take care of your business.
Virtusa is popular for it's lowest compensation package. The HR team and Technical Managers don't care about the worth of skillful, experienced and talented developers. They are not treating nicely, plus make the employees to leave the company. Once the employee give the resignation they come with some ridiculous salary packages to stop him.
I gave resignation since I got a big package from some other company in Colombo. It was more than twice what Virtusa paid me. The HR member came to me and gave their proposal which was ridiculous. They proposed me to get 10% salary increment now and another 10% in another 6 months. First CEO must learn that we are not beggars. And then should educate your cra*ppy HR team and Technical Managers to treat us nicely. The month I gave the resignation was reported as the highest attrition rate reported ever in your company. If you know, some of your employees just earn 150$/month as the compensation. But, your company present them to the client for a rate of 40$/ hour. In other words, your cra*py company pays for employees what he earns for just four hours. THEY CURS3 YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES AND WAITING TO SEE YOU IN H3LL. BE CAREFUL..!
