Visa Recruiters seeks the best and brightest talents that are just more the CSR's. Some questions can be challenging, however, if you have worked in a call-center before and know the basics, everything will be just fine. Just be prepared for a very professional interview with a very serious interview with the recruiter, they only want to make sure you will be a great success/fit and a true asset with the Visa family/environment.
