Worked in a support role for 5+ years, and enjoyed being part of such a well-known company. Wasn't encouraged to advance career-wise, and not seriously considered for roles above what I was doing. I got the sense that they didn't want to lose people in the department rather than promote.

Visa is a solid company where one can build a long and satisfying career but you will have to take initiative as it is a large company where many can get lost. It’s not perfect and there is room for improvement but it’s the best place I’ve worked at.
