I loved working at Visio. I was only there a short time due to Covid, but my time there was great. I had amazing management, who actually cares about the employees. The office party’s were fun and inclusive. I moved out of the Austin area or I would have gone back to Visio in a heart beat.

This is a great place to work. The culture here is awesome. Everyone is super helpful and wants to see you suceed. No micro management, which is amazing if you are an independent worker. Casual dress code. One of the best places I have ever worked at. They are very transparent and keep everyone well informed of what the company is doing and future goals.

What I enjoy most about working for Visio Lending is the independent environment. I've never been a fan of work environments that micro-manage and Visio is anything but that. If you need a lot of hand-holding, this may not be the best environment for you. The casual dress code is awesome! If you are someone who is self-motivated and mature enough to problem-solve independently than this is the place for you! I enjoy the camaraderie with my co-workers, they are always willing to help each other out when/where they can, and answer questions if you need help. We are truly a team...we want everyone to Win!

The days are a standard eight hours. Management is a huge barrier to your success as they will not help and are only concerned with their own success. The turnover rate is a huge problem as you will struggle to process any loans with the low number of processors available and the high number of processors who leave the company. The culture is horrible. Forward thinking is treated like rule breaking. You are policed by management as opposed to supported by it. The hardest part of the job is getting paid. It's a small company that is struggling to grow and to perform.
