I don't. ITS A CALL CENTER. There is 3 to 4 training classes going on at a time, continually. They're using people to handle their high call volumes. By making it stressful to create turnover by the time the other training classes are ready to move upstairs to live calls they have either forced you to quit or fired you for having 3 bad calls out of 600 in a week... But they keep you for a couple weeks until the next traning class comes upstairs. I believe they have to fire or force out a certain # by the time the other group comes upstairs to meet fit their budget. Don't waste your time it's not worth it.
