Management is poor and unprofessional. They lack leadership and professionalism. I suppose its like that for any sales job. If you aren't making them any money, you are not important or worth training, coaching, or teaching. They don't know loyal even when its staring right at them. I only received a promotion because it was convenient for my boss. She needed a "babysitter" for her store. Any other time, she would talk about me to regular employees and eventually felt jealous and left out because of her ugliness. Childish, immature, lazy, worst attitude, and she expected us to be happy around her? How?? She has the type of energy that lingers and everyone feels. What a horrible way to work! Customers hated her and so did emplyees, she's still there however, because she knows how to lie very well. Management at store 3 is a joke! A great company to work for with great benefits, even for part timers. Unfortunate how its being run though. Corpus Christi,TX

Depends on the location. I was interviewed once, the GM liked my experience and personality and stated I would be a great fit. Called the next day and was offered the job.

Carefully hire the best management team. It all starts with leadership. When you have great leaders you have a great team! Pay attention to the high turnover rates per store. Get rid of the source if the problems. Trust me, they arent leaving the company, they are leaving the management.
