Management is poor and unprofessional. They lack leadership and professionalism. I suppose its like that for any sales job. If you aren't making them any money, you are not important or worth training, coaching, or teaching. They don't know loyal even when its staring right at them. I only received a promotion because it was convenient for my boss. She needed a "babysitter" for her store. Any other time, she would talk about me to regular employees and eventually felt jealous and left out because of her ugliness. Childish, immature, lazy, worst attitude, and she expected us to be happy around her? How?? She has the type of energy that lingers and everyone feels. What a horrible way to work! Customers hated her and so did emplyees, she's still there however, because she knows how to lie very well. Management at store 3 is a joke! A great company to work for with great benefits, even for part timers. Unfortunate how its being run though. Corpus Christi,TX

The new management is awful. They don’t care about their staff anymore. They say they are big on work/home life balance and that is not true. They claim they care about their people but their actions don’t back up thier words.

Low pay, they just lowered the commissions again. You don't know your schedule until the day before. They want you to cross train but they don't pay you for it. No breaks, because they short staff the stores, and they expect you to clean the toilets and scrub the floors also, because they're too cheap to hire people to do it. Stay away no opportunity for advancement or to make decent money.
