The new management is awful. They don’t care about their staff anymore. They say they are big on work/home life balance and that is not true. They claim they care about their people but their actions don’t back up thier words.
Poor management-no training-no follow up- not professional
Low pay, they just lowered the commissions again. You don't know your schedule until the day before. They want you to cross train but they don't pay you for it. No breaks, because they short staff the stores, and they expect you to clean the toilets and scrub the floors also, because they're too cheap to hire people to do it. Stay away no opportunity for advancement or to make decent money.
