What is the promotion process like at Vista Life Innovations?
Our policy is to open promotional opportunities to our current employees prior to seeking outside candidates - this applies to opportunities to transfer internally as well. Over the past six months, ten (10) employees have been promoted either due to program growth or a position that had become open. In addition, once a position is filled with an internal candidate, their previous role is posted internally - providing an opportunity for someone else - and so on.Asked November 29, 2021
