Management is inexperienced and turns a blind eye/ear to any employee concerns. There is a lot of favoritism being played, caregivers forced to perform four different positions while only being paid for one. There is no appreciation from manegment only criticism. There’re no employee incentives and always short staffed. Just terrible all across the bored.
