A brilliant, proven concept / part of a great group / with extraordinary people

ht person in the right location, Vistage can be a great fit - both for its own professionals and for its client executives. Its own people need to be multiple personalities in one body...so if you're part recruiter / salesman; part player / coach; and part consultant / facilitator - Vistage could be an ideal second career (provided you were successful in the first).
When you answer that you think you're "coachable," you better mean it - because they have a proven methodology that you'd be ill-advised to ignore. Although it's largely a combination of who's available and "the luck-of-the-draw" the choice of your mentor is a make-or-break decision (though you won't know until it's too late to change.
You need to live and be reasonably well connected in an area where there are at least 500 to 1,000 privately-held profitable companies with annual sales between $5 and $50 million...and it would be VERY useful for you to know at least some of the owners / CEOs, their accountants and attorneys, and/or their bankers / financial advisors. If you could round up 50 to 100 people within a month or so to pay four-figures to have dinner with a B-List celebrity or politician, then you can make this work. If you would shrink from organizing a $1,000-per-plate fund-raising function, or recruiting and managing a two-dozen volunteer group on a long-term mission...then this would drive you nuts.and you wouldn't like life at Vistage.
Perpetual selling / recruiting; perpetual facilitation / hosting; perpetual consulting / counselling, and perpetual event planning are the order of the day. If that'smore... your cup of tea, you'll savor it; if not, be careful what you ask for - you just might get it!less
intellectually, viscerally, and professionally stimulating, and personally gratifying to the right person
long, touch launch, slow build-up of momentum, fragile balance of personlities / priorities.
