Understand that the job seekers deserve to be treated better. I have made it to the final rounds on multiple occasions, only to be tossed out like garbage, and without any contact, so I had no idea what the status was.
Ater you passed phone interview you go to final interview(personal)w/ this so called hiring manager(howly type) you ask them the final question “hows my interview” did i pass?they will reply “your doing good” after 2 days they will call you “you are not fit for the job! Young howly in the manager position there,waste of time & effort!
They dont help job seeker,hiring manager are too young ,lack of experience in hiring the right person for the job,favoritism etc.
If i am incharge on this company??
1.treat people with respect..2. clear vision and identity ,open communication..3 start hiring right people have passionate and love their job not only working for paycheck,,4..serve as a mentor..
Hire qualify workers and promote only the ones who deserve to be promoted
It is nice place to work for but the don't pay good
Make a competitive pay plan, hire better and create a fair rotation system. Create bonus spiffs to keep the employees competitive. Do more research in costumer demographics and find needs among groups and potential clients.
