Crewmembers on our first shift start out earning $14 an hour. Crew on our second and third shifts earn a starting pay of $15 an hour.

Treat you employees as good as the chickens! Reward hard workers instead of taking advantage of them. Honor your worker's comp policies when injuries are sustained instead of walking employees out. Get rid of the two-faced lazy managers.

All offers of employment to prospective Crew members are contingent on successful completion of a background check. Vital Farms reviews background checks on a case by case basis to determine eligibility for employment.

No raises. They do have more perks though....hope you like t-shirts. Last I checked though, I couldn't pay the rent with t-shirts or the snacks they offer up.

Vital Farms proudly participates in the GGOB, an open book management program, which allows crew members to fully understand and impact the financials of our business. All our crewmembers are eligible for a stake in the game. The 2020 target GGOB Gainshare for achieving our company wide plan is a 10% bonus for our crew.
