My first interview was an hour long phone interview and then I was scheduled to meet 2 RN managers and they interviewed me in person. They interviewed me at the same time and both had a sheet of paper....front and back was a list of questions that I had to answer. If I get the position it will be my first blood donation job and I’m a Certified Phlebotomist.
