Bad payment compared to the amount of knowledge you must have on product, manage different states and services and 10.00 per hour seems not adequate for the amount of responsability and info you manage. Training not good. Good people but too strict and managers are often to exagerate mistakes. Bad customers and a lot of follow up
My day overall is pretty relaxed and laid back. I can dress comfortably,. The hard part is dealing with upset customers who have not received their vital records within a timely matter

Calls starts as soon as I sign in, which is 7am. Some are new calls to create a new file, or some are retuned calls. Whichever one the calls are handle with professional and courtesy. The job requires accurate typing skills, resolutions to customers with the responsibility of assisting customers problems.
