I'd listen to my employees. I would take the time to hear what my employees have to say and what changes they would like to see implemented. I would have a counselor on staff for agents to go talk to if a call is bad or they want to talk in general. I would have a makeover done in the call center, because sitting in a room with white walls makes it feel like an asylum. I'd also would hope that my upper management employees would have an open door policy and would help out with the call queue if it is high. I would want this to be a fun place to work, I want to show my employees that they matter and they are the reason that we are where we are. But that's if I was in charge, the people in place now don't care about the employees.
