The management needs to be more lenient and accept the fact that sometimes there are circumstances and situations that arise that employees cannot control. For example, put someone on a special charity project temporarily or other task such as decorating or making copies if they are losing their voice or have an overactive bladder instead of holding them to such high productivity standards. Be slightly more accommodating!
They preach the Vivint Core values and these Field Service Managers and Lower Atlantic Regional Manager are liars,back stabbing,unethical people who couldn’t care about the Field Service Professional. They only care about themselves. Horrible management team in place.
Fire all of the middle managers,Upper management. Horrible place to work
Stop being Racists
Care about people. Don't pretend to, stop and get to know your agents. Get to know what they want. Make them feel appreciated and worthwhile. It's so simple.
Stop changing the pay every other month. Hard to budget a home.
Stop hiring your unqualified buddies into management and start hiring those people who are loyal and have been there a while.
Provide more incentives in order to make money.
