Stop the stagnant account policy or at least extend to 6 months for reps still working for the company. It is difficult to build an area and confidence when corporate is constantly calling your neighborhood leads.
Where can I begin. Management expects you to put your entire life aside to make sales and gives you absolutely no pointers in the right direction. And if you do not succeed you will be let go without warning
