The interview process varies from department and location. We typically have at least 2-3 interviews per position and they can vary from phone, and in person interview. We do ask a lot of behavioral based question and you will meet a lot of people throughout the process!

Stop the stagnant account policy or at least extend to 6 months for reps still working for the company. It is difficult to build an area and confidence when corporate is constantly calling your neighborhood leads.

Sales Reps define and make their own schedule! Since we are a direct sales business model, we leave it up to the sales reps to create and manage their own schedules.
