The interview process varies from department and location. We typically have at least 2-3 interviews per position and they can vary from phone, and in person interview. We do ask a lot of behavioral based question and you will meet a lot of people throughout the process!

Simple and straight forward be upfront and honest and your interview process will go very smoothly .
They call you late, they make you wait to interview a second time, recruiter shows late 35 to 40 minutes. No one knows who you are when you show, your DM is not aware of who you are because the recruiter either didn't inform the DM or the DM is not paying attention. You do much of the onboarding yourself through apps. They require you buy an iPad.
They don't let you know up front your going to have to pay for licenses and fees till your already in, think hendo, nlv, Lv and you have to waste gas to get to each and beca there's no proper offices you'll have to drive around town to take care of other things that have to be taken care of... they say they will pay back for licenses but there's no contract or signing before hand so you'll be taking your chances.
Like going to take to a used car salesman.
