This is a great question! Our culture is employee centric! We offer a lot of different benefits and perks for being a Vivint Solar employee. Our company culture is something that we value highly and continue to develop!

Like a bunch of highschool kids being misled by weak leaders who only can handle yes men.
When I was there it was like prison. Threats came at me when I was doing real good. Evil people! So I was being pulled when I was pushing and nobody stood by me due to fear. Contemplated quitting a lot but I just couldn't do it. Wanted to show my family I could be somebody right under the top ranks in the solar industry.

I feel the work environment was great, safe and well organized.

The working environment is a joke. If you sit in an office and cost the company money, you are important. If you are out there working making the company money, you are expendable.
I felt it was very toxic, and kinda an unhappy place to work. The office was always striving for that extra job, and I felt like means to more even more money to line someone's pockets.
However, the crews normally had a sense of camaraderie. Unless it was 7:30pm than tempers started to fly.
