Although I recently left VMware, it’s still a great company with really great people. They are a bit challenged in expanding this platform with customers, but have a great security play.

Company pays well. However, work culture is little toxic. Leadership doesn't bother bother about people's career growth. However, HR policies are great & will take care of you till the time you manage to stay at the company

Above average pay and benefits. Time off is uncapped and holidays are generous. Management is very helpful and team culture is great. Not a ton of upward mobility opportunities.
