Give nurses more freedom to do their job. Lack of micromanagement and management control over nursing practice. More flexibility in schedule to plan the day as nursing priorities change. Do not allow regular nurses to dump their patients on lpns for tasks of blood draws, dressing changes and duties the nurse does not want to do.
