Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate accounts and assisting customer’s with general Vocalocity assistance. Assisting Customers with inquires about accounts, responding promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, provide pricing and delivery information, perform customer verification, process orders, forms, applications and requests, communicate and coordinate with internal departments, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
