Sales Process Specialist (Current Employee) – Newbury, UK – April 30, 2018
Vodafone does not incentivise loyalty enough, as there is a limit on pay increases when moving internally. This pushes many people to find a job and return at a later time in order to jump up the salary ladder rather than staying and paying their dues. This is a shame as it's a good company to work for

Planning Manager (Current Employee) – USA – November 14, 2017
People are great to work and collaborate with, however management is poor. Difficult to obtain necessary resources from European executive leadership in order to be competitive in region. Management does not do a good enough job supporting their people.
U.S. IT Operations Manager (Former Employee) – Remote – November 6, 2017
The team was great!! However the fact that executive leadership would not listen to top level management and failed to deliver primary service offerings a result shows major discord in a Global company. German and UK strategy do not work in America especially in saturated markets.. They would not listen "because we do this in other markets" and as you can now see the company has pulled the majority of services out of the America.

workplace culture was amazing. They truly promoted a home-life/work-life balance. I learned so much about communication, time management, proper documentation. Vodafone's compensation and bonus packages were by far the best I've ever had in my professional career.
