Clerk in Herndon, VA

Contract employees tend to be gobbled up & turn over is shockingly high overall in the company. It works you hard, but lifers seem to enjoy it or have found a comfortable position. Coworkers range from exceptionally kind to total jerk, unfortunately leaning more towards jerk - the famous name attracts a certain kind of ambitious type after all. Its a very professional company and weak points tend to get covered quickly.
Team Lead in Auburn Hills, MI

The work was challenging and generally rewarding. Many team members, both cohorts and management, were great people. Sometimes the purpose of the work felt a little disconnected from what the upper management said the vision was supposed to be. Job title carried a lot of weight.

Sure no one expects a pandemic but it is still no excuse to purposely leave newly trained staff to take on a month of more of shifts without much management or guidance in the multitude of clients incoming

Working here you can expect overtime last minute. You will be very lucky if you ever move up. Expect to train your supervisor. No matter how bad you get hurt it never happened there. Being yelled at in morning meetings is part of the job. If you are sick doctors excuse or not you maybe written up. This is my experience for a line worker. Your job may be different.
Customer Service Representative in Auburn Hills, MI

Customer Care Center is the absolute worst place to work, management is horrible and will get away with anything even if they are being rude to you. No room for growth. customers are rude and you are told to just take it. If you don't get enough good reviews then you will pretty much get fired, it shouldn't be our fault if the company doesn't make safe and reliable cars. I would avoid, the pay is not worth your mental health..
