The management
The leadership should be lead by people who no the business instead of what they read out of a book.They have managers that are friends with people that landed them the job that don’t have a clue what the guys do on a daily base. They only know what someone else told them. I think management should at least know what the guys do everyday.

Worst place I ever worked
The management is horrible. Volt Power and management do not care about their employees at all. Would never work for them again! No job security working for them.

The only good thing about this company is you can work from home
The only good thing about this company is you can work from home. Now with the shape the company is in, everyone has to worry about their job status. No stability.

Terrible morale
The morale is horrible. They don’t care about you or safety just want the job done. Work/home balance is horrible. Gone over 3/4 of the year. The pay was good .

Do not work here
If you want to only be an employee number, then work here. Management in Atlanta has destroyed this company and they should be kicked off every utility system. Management will lie to you and promise you everything but you can’t even get the tools to work with. They only care about making profit and will put you in old, broken down equipment. Terrible place to work and glad I left.
