Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager | Housing Locator in Leesburg, VA

The company focus is helping the communities they serve and they do an amazing and wonderful job at that. The staff tends to be smart and dedicated but sometimes programs are limited by the budget of the assigned contracts and support of the counties/municipalities.

The company highly Values self care and continued education. You will have several opportunities to advance your career in this company on a short amount of time. And they still have a pension!
Substance Abuse Counselor in Toledo, OH

It was a horrible place to work. Management was disengaged from the staff and therefore the work environment suffered. When hired, it was with the understanding that 40 hours a week was required. Actual hours were closer to 60 hours a week.

VOADV’s biggest positive is the experience you get. However get that experience and move elsewhere because upward mobility is difficult in this agency
Lead Recovery Specialist in Indianapolis, IN
on January 20, 2022
I spent in total 7 years with this company Veterans program (awesome), Fresh Start (awesome), and Brandon Hall great as well. Two years ago the company went up under new management and it’s a nightmare. Prepare to work and be under paid. Team leads are responsible for the operations for all 3 shifts. The little staff they have are over worked and not appreciated at all. Sad to see that now under VOA Ohio umbrella the place that was once warm and welcoming has now become a money pit for the leaders and executives up top.
