Management is terrible and working 12 plus hours daily is never enough to catch up on ten years worth of clean up. I have worked there for a little over a year and will be leaving next month.
Oklahoma affiliate lacks in professionalism and they do not adhere to the over all mission of VOA. They only care about how they look at the expense of others. POOR leadership coming from the Tulsa, OK office. Other affiliates I'm sure are different, but OKlahoma? Stay away. Plus compare the Oklahoma affiliate to the other state affiliate, benefits are almost non-existent.
Your coworkers are substance abuse users they are making decisions on the lives of clients who were truly in crisis the management and or supervisors are blind to the ethical moral evaluations of themselves in those beneath them the clinical psychologist is a joke some of the employees are sleeping with their clients that's a major joke those in HR have absolutely no idea what's going on and once they are notified you are vilified for saying something so all in all it's the worst Circle the name should definitely be volunteers of the sick uneducated unethical individuals
