For men they must be in full suit and tie, with closed toed dress shoes. For women we no longer have to wear panty hose so those are optional, but you must wear skirt or dress, your shoulders may not be visible, and the dress usually needs to be at your knee or 2 inches above the knee at most, but I’ve seen this rule bent at my store frequently by thinner, younger employees where it may seem more “socially acceptable.” The outfit shouldn’t be too low cut or risqué or you may be asked to go home and change. You must have on closed toed dress shoes, dressy fashion boots, or your normal closed toed flats. Keep in mind you will be standing for long periods of time so be mindful of the amount of comfort you need. If you had any questions about shoes or outfits that you’re not sure would or would not pass dress code, seek the opinion of your store or floor manager.

The short answer is they have no culture and that’s exactly the way they want to keep it. I was in Executive Management and you could not have any personal items in your office. Even in Store Management you could not have a bottle of water in your handbag that was in a cabinet out of sight. I understand a clean office but stale was the word many potential candidates viewed my work space.
