You get your own desk in customer care/ technical care but dispatching in the care center- you do not. I would imagine if vri were to keep obtaining business ( which they honestly do not deserve) customer care and technical care may need to start adding shifts and people resulting in roatation of desks/ sharing.

This depends on your department. We currently do not have assigned workstations in our Care Center, but we are actively working on this.
